Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
The Wellbeing Hub is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, and to welcoming everyone — online and in person. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
How we’ve built for accessibility
- Full keyboard navigation, a “skip to main content” link, and clear focus outlines.
- Semantic structure and landmarks so screen readers can navigate easily.
- Body text set at a comfortable minimum size with generous line spacing.
- Colour combinations chosen to meet AA contrast, and information never conveyed by colour alone.
- All content remains readable without JavaScript, and animation is reduced or removed for anyone who prefers reduced motion.
- The events calendar uses an accessible pop-up with keyboard support and focus management.
