Who we are

This website is run by The Wellbeing Hub Warminster CIC (company no. 16061325), 36 High Street, Warminster, Wiltshire BA12 9AF. We are the data controller for the personal information described below.

What we collect and why

We only collect the information you choose to give us. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, your phone number and/or email address and the message you send, so that we can reply and help. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and running.

Legal basis

We process contact details on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the Hub. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We'd like to use Google Analytics to see which pages people find useful, but nothing analytics-related loads unless you choose Accept on the cookie banner, and we remember your choice so you are not asked again on every visit. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail.

Counting taps

The website also keeps daily totals of taps on its call, email, WhatsApp and directions buttons, and of enquiries sent, with no names or other personal details in them (the Cookie Policy explains how, and how to opt out).

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the site: our website host (20i) stores the site and its logs, and delivers our contact form to the Hub's own inbox. We only share what is necessary for these services to work, and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as we need them to help you, and then delete them. A copy of each message sent through the contact form is also kept in a private log on our website's own server, so a message can't go missing; that copy is deleted after twelve months. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, or if you have any concern, contact us at info@thewellbeinghub.org. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

This is a plain-English summary of how we handle your information. We keep it under review and will update it as the Hub’s services grow.
