The Wellbeing Hub Warminster began as a limited company. In early 2026 it converted to a Community Interest Company (CIC).
A CIC is a business that exists to benefit its community rather than private shareholders — its assets and profits are locked to that purpose. For the Hub, it puts into law the thing it was built for from day one: people, wellbeing and connection in Warminster.
